Heritage House is all about gathering - family reunions, bridal weekends, girls’ getaways, milestone celebrations or simply a few days away with the people you never get enough time with. With three levels of living and gathering spaces, there’s room for everyone to come together and still have space to retreat. The Main Level The heart of the house is a chef’s kitchen designed for a crowd, with two dining spaces that together accommodate up to 20 guests. Cook together, order in from a favorite Bentonville restaurant or settle in for a long dinner that lasts well into the evening. Just beyond, a beautiful living area wrapped in windows creates a light-filled place to gather. An additional sitting room offers a quieter escape and doubles as a first-floor queen bedroom, conveniently connected to a full bathroom. The Second Floor Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, giving guests comfortable, private spaces to recharge between all the gathering, exploring and celebrating. The Third Floor And then there’s the third floor - the beloved four-bed bunk room. It’s one of those spaces that seems destined for stories and inside jokes. A favorite for cousins, kids and friends, the bunk room has already been the backdrop for so many memories and has a full bathroom of its own. Outside The gathering continues outdoors. Spend slow mornings with coffee on the expansive front porch, afternoons beside the pool, and evenings around the outdoor fireplace. There are places to spread out, settle in and enjoy the simple luxury of having everyone together under one roof.
