Enjoy NWA in style when you stay with us. Inside you will find 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 living areas with fireplaces, a fully stocked chef's kitchen and butler's pantry and a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator. Bask in the morning sunlight over a cup of java from the pantry coffee pot or upstairs Keurig to get your day started. If espresso is your jam, we have an extra steamy Breville machine hot and ready. To whip up a meal in the extra large kitchen, just bring your groceries. We have everything you need to make a fabulous meal or air fry some late night pizza rolls. The owner's retreat has a large soaking tub for after a long day of exploring, a Roku TV for catching your favorite shows, a California king bed for extra room and a pillow menu for a good night sleep. Every bedroom has satin pillow cases, phone chargers and an Amazon Alexa free for guests to use to play music, set a morning alarm or check the temperature before leaving the house. You will have plenty of space in the walk in closets where you will find additional blankets, pillows, hangers and fans, plus we have a pack n play for little children and an iron, ironing board and steamer to stay well pressed. !!!Besides the 4 beds and pullout sleeper sofa, to accommodate 12-14 people, we have a sofa futon for an adult or 2 small children in one of the bedrooms and a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 adults or children!!! Our full bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Forget essentials? Check out the drawers to find complimentary toothbrushes, nail files, cotton balls and q-tips. The living spaces also have Roku TVs for movie nights. In the upstairs living area you can enjoy a fun round of shuffle board or one of many card/board games in our game closet. Chill a bottle of wine or mix up a drink at the wet bar stocked with white, red, martini and cocktail glasses. Light the fireplaces in either entertaining space to set the mood or keep your toes warm. Step outside to second floor open air balcony to take in the views of the Arts and Market District or turn on the propane fire-pit while listening to live music on certain nights from The Momentary Live On The Green. Our side patio off of the first floor living and kitchen space provides a cozy spot for evening cocktails or grilling fresh fish purchased from Blu Fish House down the street. Parking is a breeze in our 2 car garage or outdoor private parking space for 2 additional vehicles. Take advantage of our bicycle rack in the garage as you are in the Mountain Biking Capital of the World and right across the street from the trail system. Need a souvenir to take home? Check out our revolving art studio with world renowned yet LOCAL artists artwork on the walls. Scan the QR codes to learn about the artwork, artist and purchase price. Then take it home with you! We will have new artwork as our artists are inspired, so you will want to check back often. You won't miss anything with our FREE Wifi onsite and the extenders plugged in throughout our 4200 sqft home. For additional security, exterior cameras, digital door bell and motion detectors are on property, so you can feel at ease in our fabulous Northwest Arkansas community. Coming with a large group or team for an event? Our property next door can accommodate the same number of people - you share the driveway! Ask us about renting both. Enjoy easy parking in the Art and Market District with our 2 car garage and 2 extra parking spaces in the back of the home accompanied by motion lights for the evening. Bring your bicycles to take advantage of the Mountain Bike Capital of the World right here in Northwest Arkansas, with access to the trail system right across the street. Walk across the street for local morning coffee at Airship Coffee or down to the corner for the daily catch at Blu Fish House or lunch at the The Meteor Cafe while you use service your bicycle and grab a bottle of wine or craft beer to take home with you. Cocktails at The Momentary Tower Bar in the evenings are across the street at the corner and a few blocks away you can grab dinner at The Table Restaurnat on 6th. Looking for even more space? Our sister property shares the driveway and has the same floor plan! Rent both homes for family reunions, celebrations, bike camps, etc. There's plenty of parking and room for everyone.
